Ingredients
Method
- Spoon Greek yogurt into two small bowls. I like to give it a quick stir first for extra creaminess.
- Drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon of honey. I always pour the honey in a thin spiral for good coverage — don't just dump it in one spot.
- Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle evenly over the top. If you only have halves, I crush them with my hands instead of dirtying a knife.
- Serve right away, before the walnuts soften. If you want it cold, chill the bowls for 10 minutes before assembling — the texture is extra smooth.
Notes
I keep Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts on rotation for those mornings when I'm hungry and want something satisfying in under 5 minutes. It's creamy, sweet, and gets a protein boost from the yogurt – a win all around.
