Ingredients
Method
- Spoon Greek yogurt into two bowls. Don’t stress if it’s not perfectly smooth — a little texture is good.
- Drizzle honey evenly over the top. I usually do one tablespoon per bowl, but you can add more if you like it sweeter.
- Scatter chopped walnuts on each bowl. If you want more crunch, toast them for a minute in a dry pan first.
- Optional: Sprinkle ground cinnamon lightly on top. It adds warmth and balances the honey.
- Eat right away. Greek yogurt can get watery if it sits too long with the honey on top.
Notes
I learned this combo from my dad, who made it as a quick "dessert" after lunch. If you start with good Greek yogurt and real honey, it's always comforting.
