Ingredients
Method
- Spoon Greek yogurt into two bowls. I use a silicone spatula to get every bit from the container.
- Drizzle each bowl with honey. I pour slowly in a spiral—it coats better this way.
- Sprinkle walnuts over the top. You can crush them in your hand for less mess than using a knife.
- Eat right away. The contrast of cold yogurt, runny honey, and crunchy nuts is the reason this works—don’t let it sit too long.
Notes
I make Greek yogurt with honey at least twice a week, usually on those mornings when I want something fast but not boring. The mix of creamy, cold, crunchy, and sweet just works—even when I’m running late.
