Ingredients
Method
- Spoon Greek yogurt into two bowls. Use a spoon with a flat edge — it helps keep the yogurt looking thick and creamy, not watery.
- Drizzle each bowl with 1 tablespoon of honey. If the honey is stiff, set the jar in a mug of hot water for 5 minutes first.
- Top with chopped walnuts. Give an extra stir just before eating if you want a marbled effect with the honey.
Notes
I keep coming back to Greek yogurt with honey because I want something filling in the morning or as a mid-afternoon snack, but I don't want to fuss with a stove or wash extra dishes. The mix of creamy yogurt and floral honey just hits that "something sweet" craving without a blood sugar rollercoaster.
