  5. Prepare to bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Turn the firm polenta onto a board and cut into fry-shaped sticks.
  6. Bake the fries: Place the polenta fries on a baking tray lined with parchment. Brush with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
