- Add the turkey cubes to the marinade, coat them thoroughly, and let marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
- Thread the marinated turkey, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion pieces alternately onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush lightly with oil if necessary.
- Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning frequently, until the turkey is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred.
- Serve immediately, with extra lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
