- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, red onion, parsley, and mint. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooled, toasted pita bread pieces to the bowl with the vegetables and herbs.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, red wine vinegar, sumac, salt, and pepper until well emulsified.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, making sure everything is evenly coated.
